What ages do you coach?

We coach ages 4 and up, and all abilities are welcome. Coach Thomas will confirm the right group for your child.

How much does it cost?

Sessions start at HKD 300 per session, with a discount when you sign up for the whole term. Your first session is free. See the Schedule page for full pricing.

Does my child need any running experience?

No, all abilities are welcome.

Can I try a session first?

Yes! Your first session is free, so your child can get a feel for how it works. Just mention it is your first session when you message Coach Thomas.

Do I need to stay during the session?

Coach Thomas will confirm arrangements for your child’s session.

What if I can't make a session?

Just let Thomas know on WhatsApp and you can move it to another class within the same term (or within your 3-month block for adults).

What happens if the weather is bad?

Sessions are cancelled for Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and Red or Black Rainstorm Warnings, and may be cancelled for lightning, extreme heat or poor air quality. You can join another session instead, and we'll let you know on WhatsApp as early as possible.

What should my child bring?

Running trainers, a labelled water bottle, comfortable sports clothes, and sun protection on sunny days.

What if a class falls on a public holiday?

No problem, your child can join another class that week instead, so you won’t lose the session.

Can I pay per session instead of the term?

Yes. Kids’ sessions are HK$300 (Standard) or HK$350 (Elite and Teens), and you can join as many sessions a week as you like. Booking the full term saves up to HK$550.

How do adult blocks work?

Adults book a block of 10 sessions for HK$3,500. Sessions need to be used within 3 months of purchase.
